These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PDLC Pro LLC ("PDLC Pro," "we," "us," or "our") website and services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
PDLC Pro provides installation services for PDLC smart film, SPD smart film, architectural window tint, decorative film, security film, and related products for residential and commercial properties.
All services are subject to a site visit, measurement, and a written quote. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to change if project conditions differ from those assessed during the site visit.
All quotes are provided free of charge with no obligation. Quotes are based on the information provided and conditions observed during the site visit. Final pricing is confirmed in the written quote.
Our minimum job value is $500. Prices do not include any work outside the agreed scope. Additional work requested after a quote is approved may incur additional charges.
A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to confirm a booking and order materials. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the installation.
We accept payment by the methods specified at the time of booking. Failure to pay the final balance upon completion may result in collection action and additional fees.
Deposits are used to order materials and reserve your installation date. Because materials are custom-ordered for your project, deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered. Cancellation terms will be specified in your project agreement.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation area. The glass surfaces must be accessible and in suitable condition for film application. PDLC Pro is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccessible work areas, pre-existing glass defects, or conditions not disclosed prior to installation.
Certain installations may require electrical work performed by a licensed electrician. Where applicable, this may be coordinated separately and may affect timing and cost.
PDLC Pro provides a warranty on installations as specified in your project agreement. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, external impact, or modifications made by anyone other than PDLC Pro.
Smart film products have a curing period during which minor haze is normal and not considered a defect. Warranty claims must be submitted to info@pdlcpro.com with details of the issue.
Smart film and tint products perform according to manufacturer specifications. Factors such as glass type, cable run length, and electrical configuration may affect performance. We will advise you of any known limitations relevant to your project during the quoting process.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDLC Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for damages caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to pre-existing structural or glass conditions, power supply issues, or third-party products.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of PDLC Pro LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any fraudulent or harmful purpose. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to anyone who violates these Terms.
Our website may include embedded third-party tools such as quote forms and chat services. Your use of these tools may be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Minnesota.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
